RED ROOT MENTORING

Red Root understands that schools are working harder than ever to support children with increasingly diverse needs. We can extend this support to provide personalised coaching and mentoring programmes for vulnerable primary and secondary students with SEMH and / or behavioural needs:

1-1 or small groups, from 1 to 5 days per week.

Using a dedicated three-stage development pathway, our approach provides the roots to

personal, social and academic growth.

Connection > Challenge > Growth.

We first build meaningful relationships and trust, then use that foundation to introduce appropriate challenge, empowering young people to develop character, responsibility, resilience and purpose. Over time this supports engagement, behaviour, attendance, confidence and well-being. Our approach is calm, relational and trauma informed, whilst maintaining high expectations.

There are currently limited places available at £200 per day. If you want to know more, or have a student in mind, get in touch for an informal chat or a FREE consultation.

"Having connected with children of all ages, backgrounds and abilities in Mainstream, SEMH and Alternative Provision settings, Red Root Mentoring was the natural next step.
I would love to support your school and students"
